Memorándum consolida su presencia en el sector turismo colaborando con SEGITTUR
Memorándum Multimedia ha obtenido la adjudicación de un contrato con La Sociedad Mercantil Estatal parala Gestión de la Innovación y las Tecnologías Turísticas (SEGITTUR), dependiente del Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo, para dar soporte y apoyo en el mantenimiento y mejora de los portales web y sistemas de calidad gestionados por SEGITTUR.
La sociedad estatal, adscrita a la Secretaría de Estado de Turismo, es la responsable de impulsar la innovación (I+D+i) en el sector turístico español, tanto en el sector público (nuevos modelos y canales de promoción, gestión y creación de destinos inteligentes, etc.) como en el sector privado (apoyo a emprendedores, nuevos modelos de gestión sostenible y más competitivo, exportación de tecnología española).
Memorándum realizará para SEGITTUR el mantenimiento del sistema de gestión y web pública del Sistema Integral de Calidad Turística Española en Destinos (SICTED) asegurando la continuidad del servicio. Así mismo, realizará el mantenimiento del sistema de gestión y web pública del INSTITUTO PARA LA CALIDAD TURÍSTICA ESPAÑOLA (ICTE).
Por último, llevará a cabo el desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades asociadas al sistema de gestión del SICTED y del ICTE derivadas de la revisión metodológica, adaptación de los sistemas de formación y ampliación del sistema de inteligencia empresarial.
Memorándum sigue consolidando su presencia en el sector turismo español, colaborando con SEGITTUR en el desarrollo, modernización y mantenimiento de la industria turística, mediante la innovación tecnológica y el conocimiento necesarios para mejorar la competitividad, calidad y sostenibilidad en los ámbitos medioambiental, económico y social del turismo, y al difusión, promoción e implementación de las buenas prácticas, los conocimientos y la innovación tecnológica que han convertido a España en un referente mundial en el ámbito del turismo internacional.
