Trabajaremos para el Instituto Nacional de Técnica Aeroespacial, en el marco del Programa Galileo
Memorándum Multimedia ha obtenido la adjudicación de un contrato con el Instituto Nacional de Técnica Aeroespacial, dependiente del Ministerio de Defensa, para el desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades y modificaciones de la zona privada de la web de la CPA (Autoridad Competente del Servicio Público Regulado), integrado dentro de la web del INTA.
La Autoridad Competente del Servicio Público Regulado, o CPA de sus siglas en inglés, es el organismo encargado en cada Estado miembro de la autorización, supervisión y gestión del uso de la señal del Servicio Público Regulado del Programa Galileo (PRS). En España se ha designado al Instituto Nacional de Técnica Aeroespacial (INTA) como CPA española.
El objetivo del portal de la CPA y los usuarios de la zona privada de la web de la misma puedan colaborar activamente y desempeñar su trabajo.
El acceso a este servicio está restringido a usuarios previamente autorizados. Bajo la autoridad y competencia de la CPA se establecen las comunicaciones con el resto de la infraestructura de Galileo para la provisión del PRS a comunidades de usuarios nacionales, o de aquellos países con los que España, en el marco de la Acción Común Europea, haya alcanzado acuerdos de uso y acceso.
LA CPA es la interfaz principal entre la comunidad de usuarios y el Servicio Público Regulado que se presta a través del Sistema de Navegación Global por Satélite Galileo, dando soporte a la gestión de usuarios y receptores, y constituyendo el punto de información de las capacidades operativa y funcional del servicio.
La CPA dispone de una infraestructura de gestión que, a través de un canal seguro, podrá interactuar con usuarios, receptores y con el propio sistema Galileo.

El INTA es el Organismo Público de Investigación (OPI) encargado de realizar actividades de investigación científica y de desarrollo de sistemas y prototipos en su ámbito de conocimiento, y prestar servicios tecnológicos a empresas, universidades e instituciones. Está especializado en la investigación y el desarrollo tecnológico, de carácter dual, en los ámbitos de la aeronáutica, espacio, hidrodinámica, seguridad y defensa. A través de sus más de 75 años de existencia, han sido entrenados en sus laboratorios e instalaciones generaciones de científicos e ingenieros.
Entre sus principales funciones cabe destacar:
- La realización de diversos tipos de ensayos para la comprobación y certificación de materiales, componentes, equipos, sistemas y subsistemas.
- El asesoramiento técnico y la prestación de servicios a entidades y organismos oficiales, así como a empresas industriales o de base tecnológica.
- La actuación como centro tecnológico del Ministerio de Defensa.

Memorándum implementará los cambios, las nuevas funcionalidades y las modificaciones de la zona privada de la web del CPA, organismo encargado en cada Estado miembro de la autorización, supervisión y gestión del uso de la señal del Servicio Público Regulado del Programa Galileo (PRS).

En <strong>España</strong> se ha designado al <strong>Instituto Nacional de Técnica Aeroespacial (INTA) como CPA española</strong>.</p>\r\n \r\n <p>El <strong><a href="https://cpa-zonaprivada.inta.es/">objetivo del portal de la CPA</a></strong> y los <strong>usuarios de la zona privada</strong> de la web de la misma puedan <strong>colaborar</strong> activamente <strong>y desempeñar su trabajo</strong>.</p>\r\n \r\n <p>El acceso a este servicio está <strong>restringido a usuarios</strong> previamente <strong>autorizados</strong>. Competente del Servicio Público Regulado</strong>, o CPA de sus siglas en inglés, es el organismo encargado en cada Estado miembro de la autorización, supervisión y gestión del uso de la señal del Servicio Público Regulado del <strong><a href="https://www.euspa.europa.eu/galileo-el-sistema-global-de-navegaci%C3%B3n-por-sat%C3%A9lite-europeo">Programa Galileo</a></strong> (PRS). En <strong>España</strong> se ha designado al <strong>Instituto Nacional de Técnica Aeroespacial (INTA) como CPA española</strong>.</p>\r\n \r\n <p>El <strong><a href="https://cpa-zonaprivada.inta.es/">objetivo del portal de la CPA</a></strong> y los <strong>usuarios de la zona privada</strong> de la web de la misma puedan <strong>colaborar</strong> activamente <strong>y desempeñar su trabajo</strong>.</p>\r\n \r\n <p>El acceso a este servicio está <strong>restringido a usuarios</strong> previamente <strong>autorizados</strong>. Está especializado en la <strong>investigación y el desarrollo tecnológico</strong>, de carácter dual, en los ámbitos de la <strong>aeronáutica, espacio, hidrodinámica, seguridad y defensa</strong>.
